An Or Pertaining to the Surveys of any Proper-
ty Made Within the City of Paducah Requiring the Filing
of plats of all Such Surveys with the City Engineer.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City "of
Paducah, Ky.
Plats t be Section t. That hereafter any person. or persons mak-

ing or causing to be made any survey of lots or parts of
lots within the City of Paducah shall within ten days after 6
the making of any such survey, file with the City Engineer
a detailed plat of said lot, lots or parts of lots so surveyed,
the scale of said plat to be not less than two hundred feet to
the inch, the plat to be signed and dated by the person mak-
ing the survey.
Penalty Sec. 2. Any person violat'n of th

this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.0o nor more
than $20.00 for each offense.
Sec. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed. This ordinance
shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

the City of Paducah, Ky., and Also Fixing his Bond.

Paducah, Kentucky, elected in pursuance to the general
(' law governing cities ofthe second class shall receive as
compensation for his services the sum of eighteen hundred

Sec. a. He shall give bond in the sure of five thousand

Sec. 3. All ordinances, and parts of ordinances, in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect from and after the time for the election and qual-
ifications of the next City Engineer. '
