said lot, and on their failure or refusal to do so, he shall
procure warrants for the arrests of such persons so offend-
ing.
Copies to be Sec. 4. The City Weigher is hereby directed to post
bated copies of this ,ordinance on said premises, one at the City
scales, and at least four '(4) ot4iers at conspicious places on
said lot:

its passage, approval and publication, as herein provided
for.

An Ordinance for the Sale and Throwing of Confetti.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky.
