Market House Bonds. Court St, Changed to Kentucky Ave:
qualified voters of the said City of Paducah voting upon When bunds
said proposition, shall vote for the issual of said bonds, then may 1m Issued
the said city of Paducah shall issue said bonds, as provided',
by law, subject to the conditions contained in this ordi-
nance; but, in case the Proposition to issue said bonds does
not receive the votes c;f two-thirds (2-3) of the qualified
voters of the said city c Paducah voting upon said propo-
sition, then this ordinance shall be null and void, and of
no effect.
Sec. 6. And it is hereby further ordained and agreed, Tax for
that if the bonds. -herein mentioned are voted at the election Coy, dent W be
herein provided, that the said city of Paducah, by its Gen-
eral Council, shall cause to be levied a tax sufficient to
pay off the interest on said bonds as same falls due, and
provide a fund sufficient to pay said bonds when they be-
come due.
Sec. 7. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force,
from and after its passage, publication and approval.

An Ordinance ChaiiWing the Name of Court Street in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, from Court Street to Ken-
tucky Avenue.
Be it ordained by the general council of the City of
' Paducah, Kentucky.

Court St. Changed to Kentucky Ave.
Supt. of Electric Light Plant.
Section 1. That o! c name of a certain street in the city
of Paducah, Kentucky, running east and west, between
Broadway street and Washington street, known and styled
Court street be, and the same is hereby changed from Court
Street to Kentucky Avenue, and the name of the said street
hereafter shall be Kentucky Avenue.
Sec. 2. All ordinanves and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith, are hcreL. repealed,. and this ordinance shall
take effect from and aft..r its passage and approval.

An Ordinance Establishing the Office of Superintendent
of the Electric Light Plant and Prescribing the Duties
Thereof and Also Providing for the Appointment of Engi-
neer, Fireman and Lamp Trimmer of Said Electric light
Plant.
Be it ordained by the members of the Common Coun-
cil of the City of Paducah; Ky.

ing in the month of October in each year for the term of
one year, and shall hold his office until his successor is duly
elected and qualified.
