An Ordinance Authorizing and providing for the issual of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars of bonds of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the purpose of street Im- provements, and submitting the same to the voters of'Pa- ducah. Be it ordained by the general council of the City of Paducah, Ky. Section 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky shall Fostnoftnd issue bonds to the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars in denomination; of $I,000 each, bonds to be payable at the end of thirty years (30) 'said bonds to be serially numbered from one (1) to one hundred and fifty (150), in - elusive, and shall bear the seal of the city when issued: shall be issued under the signature of the Mayor; shall be coun- tersigned by the city treasurer and shall bear interest at the rate of 4 per cent per annum, payable semi-annuallInterest Y, coupms and shall have interest coupons attached thereto signed by attached r 394 REVISED ORDINANCES OF PADUCAH. And the voter shall designate his vote by the cross mark; these words submitting the question herein before re- ferred to, to the voters of the City of Paducah, to be print- ed on the official ballot furnished by the clerk of McCracken County for the regular 'election in November 1903, for the various precincts, which lie within the City of Paducah, Kentucky. Sec. 4.
