than twenty-five dollar,, nor more than one hundred dollars.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after 6o days from its passage, approval and pub-
lication.

way street, between Eleventh and Twelfth streets, Paducah,

Central Railroad Company, its lessees, be and 'it is hereby

City Engineer, a safety gate or gates at its railroad cross-
ing on Broadway street, between Eleventh and Twelfth
