An Ordinance Requiring and directing the Nashville,
Chattanooga and St. Louis Railroad Company to place a
flagman and a safety gate or gates at its railroad crossing
on Caldwell street. near the Union passenger depot, where
the Street Car line crosses said railroad company's tracks

Be it ordained by the General ' Couneit, of the City of
Paducah.
Section T. That for the protection of life and property
of ;he citizens of Paducah, Kentucky, the Nashville, Chat-
and St. Louis Railroad Company be and it is here-

Sec. z. That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed
to send by registered mail, a certified copy of this ordi-
nance to the .Nashville, Chattanooga and. St. Louis Railroad
Company.

See. 3. Each day of failure to comply with any provis-
ion of this ordinance shall constitute a separate offense.

less than twenty-five dollars, nor more than one hundred
dollars.
