'
An Ordinance Prohibiting the Firing of any Air Guns
..Flobert Gun or Toy Gun Within the Corporate Limits of
the City of Paducah, With Penalties for the Violation of
its Provisions.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Paducah,
Section t. That it shall be unlawful to shoot within the
: corporate limits of the City of Paducah any air gun Hobert

gun, or toy gun which will propel a missle with sufficient

force to wound or lacerate any human being, animal or bird.
See. 2. That for a violation of the provisions of Sec.
Penalty
1, of this ordinance, the violator shat; be fined not less than
a5•oo nor more than $10.00 for each offense.
Sec. 3. That ,all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict witb the provisions hereof are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall take effect from its
passage and approval
