Females Frequenting -Saloon. voters of the City of Paducah who may not have register- ed on the first Tuesday in October to so do according, to , Law on the third Tuesday of October of everyyear, and that the County Clerk of McCracken County be duly noti- fied of the passage of this orditiance and that he furnish to the registration officers the necessa:•y books for the registra- tion on the third Tuesday in October as above set forth. An Ordinance Preventing Females Entering and Fre- quenting Saloons and Prescribing Penalties Thereunder, Be it ordained by thr members of the Common Council of the City of Paducah Ky. Sec, tr That it shall be unlawful for any female to en- ter or in any manner to frequent any saloon within limits of , Lulaae WlwPto r tnrn the City of Paducah, or in any manner to loiter around or 'nwrwtlaru about any such saloon, or to be in or about any of the , of e 1` premises any such saloon, whether the building in which any such saloon is subdivided into rooms or partitions. Sec. 2. Sec. 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of punatty this ordinance shall be fined not less than $5.00 and not more than $20.00 for each and every offense. LANG, Mayor- i Minors Entering Saloons. An Ordinance to Prevent Minors from Entering Sa- loons and Prescribing Penalty Therefor and Thereunder. Be it ordained by the members of the Common Coun- cil of the city of Paducah, Ky. Mfuurnfur= Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person bidden bidden toenter ■akan� under the age of 21 years, to enter any saloon or coffee hoose, within the limits of the city of Paducah, or in any manner to frequent or rt main in any such saloon or coffee house, _where intoxicating liquors is sold, by retail or by Fxcevtlmu the drink, provided that nothing herein contained shall P g pre- vent any person under the age of 21 years from entering or being in such saloon or coffee-house on legitimate business or lawful mission. And further provided that this ordinance shall not apply to persons under the age of 21 years who may enter or be in such places herein mentioned, with the written consent, or under the care and custody of the T�oaltle� parents or guardian of such person.
