An Ordinance Adopting the Census Enumeration as the
Correct Population of the City of Paducah. Directing the
City Attorney to Draft Appropriate Bill to Present to the
General Assembly, With Emergency Clauses, and Defining
the Duties of fte Mayor with Regard to the Change of

Sec. 4. That this ordinance shall take effect from, and
-after, its passage and approval, and that all ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are, to
the extent of such confliction, hereby apealed.

Additional Registration Day,
An Ordinance Providing an Additional Registration
Day Subsequent to the 'First Tuesdayin October in each
Year Under the Election Law in the State of Kentucky.
Be it ordained by the common council of the City of
Paducah.
Sec.ion I, That in addition to the first Tuesday in Octo-
ber in each and every year fined by the- Legislature of the
State of Kentucky as "Registration Day" for the registra-
tion of votes under. the Kentucky election law,—Chapter.
