of this ordinance) within the limits of the City of Paducah,
Ky., without having a license therefor, issued by the Council
Clerk of the said - City of Paducah, shall be fined not less
than $3.0o nor more than $g.00 for each offense.

tanners and producers who may sell articles of their own production'
or raising, nor shall it be so construed so as to prevent them
from selling any of the articles of their own production, or
raising, at the private residences within the said City; nor
shall it apply to grocers and other merchants who may solic-
it orders and fill the same by delivering any article order-
ed of any agent or clerk of any such grocer or merchant
within the said City of Paducah, Ky.
Sec. 4. For securing the license as required by this or-
dinance, the applicant shall pay the treasurer of the City of
Paducah the sum of $2.00 per day.
Sec. g. All ordinance and parts of ordinances in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Sec. 6. This ordinlnce shall take effect from and after
its passage and approval.

Paducah and Fixing the Compensation therefor.
