Section t. Be it ordained by the Common Council of

at the rate of fifty cents for each pole desired to be so tap-

shall give to the Clerk of the Council a written statement

location, on and between what streets, if poles be number -

not less and any person or persons or corporation who
ahall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be

Vehicles at Depot.
An Ordinance to Regalate and Define the Rights and
Regulate the Conduct of the Owners and Drivers or
Their Agents or Solicitors of Vehicles for hire at Railroati
Depots in the City of Paducah, Ky.

Section 1. T•hitt it shall be unlawful for any owner or

agent for such owner or driver of a vehicle of any char-
acter, run for the purpose of conveying passengers to or
from 'any railroad depot in the city of Paducah, to go upon
the platforms of said depots, or the passage ways leading
to said platforms, for the purpose of soliciting patronage
for such owner or driver of any vehicle, or to drive or back i
up such vehicle in front of or alongside of any general pas-
sage way or foot way reserved for passengers leading to or
from said depot, but such person must remain at his vehi-
cle whilst soliciting patronage by calling number of hack.
