An Ordinance in the Interest of Protection from Fires With Penalties Thereunder. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city of Paducah, Ky. Rubbish must not i Section t. That it shall be unlawful for any corpora - aNvmulave tion, person or firm located, doing business, or occupying any premises within the corporate limits of the city of Paducah, to permit any refuse, rubbish, shavings, excelsior, straw, waste paper, or other infiamable material whatso- ever to be kept or remain overnight or for a longer period of time than six hours in the day time in any store room, tenement, residence closet open room cellar or any concealed place occupied or under the control of such corporation, person or firm. For the violation of any of the provisions of sections f one and two hereof the corporation, person or firm so violat- ing shall be fined in any amount not less than $s.00 nor more, Penalties than $to.00 for each offense. Sec. 3.
