Sec. �That any y person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than twenty doll rs for each offense, and the party for. whom said work may Le done shall likewjse be liable to such fine. An Ordinance for the P grpose of Prohibiting the Sale on the Streets and Highways of the City of Paducah, of Staple groceries by Hucksters and Pedlers, with Penalties Thereunder. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Pa- ducah.
