An ordinance providing against building and other structures being allowed to remain and exist abutting any street which may be considered dangerous or detrimental to the public, and providing for penalties to be imposed upon the owner, occupant or agent of any such house or other structure for permitting the same to remain in such condi- tion or for occupying the same. - Be it ordained by the members of the Common Council of the City of Paducah.
