Any person or persons owning private cross - lugs must be k Attu ings or bridges as referred to in Section t of this ordinance, reoalr $hall be required at all times to keep the same in good re- pair and condition and ;o located that the drainage in said gutter will not be im; eded nor in any manner interfered with; and the street inspector is herewith empowered and authorized to remove any such crossings which are or may not be in good repair, or which may obstruct the free flow of water under same, or that may not be constructed in ac- cordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Penalties Sec. 3, Any violation of any of the provisions of this } ordinance shall subjectthe offender to a fine of not less than f $5.00 nor more than $10.00 for each offense. Sec. q.
