Sec.. 3. That the contractor shall be required to relay

age on proper grade and of suitable size, not more than
two outlets in each fifty feet as may be required by the
City Engineer, and the City Engineer shall direct the sizes
of such extra drainage pipes; such (extra) pipes and laying
to be paid for by the owner of property drained.

Sec. S. That this ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage and approval.

An 'ordinance relating to crossings over gutters and the
regulation thereof.
Be it ordained by the members of the Common Council
of the City of Paducah:
Section t. That all bridges and crossings constructed

length. Such construction shall be done in such manner,

of water under same, or that may not be constructed in ac-
cordance -with the provisions of this ordinance.
Penalties _ Sec. 3. Any violation of any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall subjectthe offender to a fine of not less that.
$5.00 nor more than $10.00 for each offense.
Sec. q. Ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed,
Sec. S. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage. and approval.

Loafing and Loitering on Streets.
An ordinance prohibiting loafing and loitering upon the
streets of the City of Paduch, providing penalties there-
for.
Be it ordained by the members of the General Council
of the City of Paducah.
Unlawful to Section r. That it shabl be unlawful for any person or
ea onstneto persons to loiter or loafor in any manner lounge upon or
congregate aeon any streets or other public place within
the city of Paducah in so for as pertains to the streets nr
other public property of the city, or in any manner idly
