Sec.. 3. Crossings Over Gutters. An 'ordinance relating to crossings over gutters and the regulation thereof. Be it ordained by the members of the Common Council of the City of Paducah: Section t. Penalties _ Sec. 3. Any violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall subjectthe offender to a fine of not less that. $5.00 nor more than $10.00 for each offense. Sec. q. Ali ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed, Sec. S. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage. and approval.
