It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit in or up- obstructlous on any of the struts, alleys, or sidewalks, pavements or forbidden wharfs in Paducah any truck, wood, boxes; barrels, wagons, carts, drays, or vch'.cles of any kind, ashes, coal, filth, or any other article or substance whatever. Provided: Thal the removing and depositing of freight, goods or commer- cial commodities in the usual manner of carrying on trade is lawful. Obstruction of Sidewallks—Broadway. Sec, 8. Sec. 9.
