Sewerage—Natural Drains. Sewerage—Storm Water.

Penalty Sec. 3. Any violation of this section shall subject the
offender to a fine of not less than $5o.00 nor more than
$100.00 for each offense.

Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect on and after its
passage and approval.

An Ordinance Regulating the Connections With Storm
Water Sewers in the City of Paducah; Defining What May
Be Drained Into Them. With Penalties Thereunder:
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Paducah:
Wastewater Section t. That it shall be unlawful for any person
vmbiblted or firm to run any waste water from sinks or urinals, or
slops, soap -suds or other refuse into the storm -water sewer
in Mie City of Paducah, storm -water sewers being provided
only to carry off the rain fall, roof viater and to under drain

Sec, a. That for a violation of any of the provisions of

An Ordinance For the Protection of the Sewers and
Providing Penalty For Obstructions and Interference With
the Same:
Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Members of the Com-
mon Council of the City of Paducah:
Section i. Iz shall be unlawful for any person or per- Unlawful
sons not authorized so to do in any manner raise, remove acts
or disturb any cover of any manhole, flush tank, valve cluam-
ber or well connected with or appertaining to any sewer,
now in use, or now in process of construction, or to be here-
after constructed within the City; or in any way, whatever,
to interfere with or molest any valve, cock or other appli-
ances of any of the sewers or anything connected therewith.
