(21/2) feet of space on the. west side of the said benches upon which they may place barrels or boxes or coops containing articles to be sold on the market, and that -the occupants of all.benches out- side of the enclosed portion shall hive the right to the use of the space above their respective benches for the display of their goods. It shall be the duty of the market master to keep all passage ways of the market house entirely free from obstruction except as h^rein providc3• Penalty Any person who sha!1 obstruct said market place except as herein permitted and who shall refuse to remove said ob- struction at once upon the order of the Market -master so to do, shall be guilty of a misdemeao.or, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25 for each offense. That any person violating this ordinance shall upon conviction be fine] in any sum not less than $5.0o nor more than $25.00 for each 'offense, and this ordinance shall rake effect from its passage and approval.
