An ordinance grapting the Nashville, Chattanooga & St.
Louis Railway company, its successors or assigns, the right
to construct and maintain a railroad track across Meyers and
Woodward streets at the intersection of said Meyers and
Woodward streets from a point in block 19, into block ss, as
showp. on map of City of, Paducah and also accompanying
. biue print,
.Be it ordained by. the General Council of the City of Pa-
ducah, Kentucky:
Section t. The Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Rail-
way company, its successors or assigns, is hereby granted
the right to 'construct and' maintain a railroad track across
Meyers and Woodward streets at the intersection of said
Meyers and Woodward streets as shown by map of City of
Paducah, Kentucky, anal also accompanying blue print, which i
-is filed, with this ordinance and referred to and made a part
of same: -
Sec, a• Said track shall be of standard gauge and con-'.,*.
form to grade of street (so far as practicable) and where it is
necessary for the purpose of drainage, proper culverts are to
be erected and maintained at the cost of the Nashville, Chat-
tanooga and St. Louis railway company for the free flow and. {
passage of'water, and said track is'to be kept and maintained
in.good condition and repair by said railway .company. i
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect from its passage,
and apprpval.
