Upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Pace, Tully, Washington and Mayor Katterjohn.4. y On motion of. Commissioner Washington the minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read upon can of the roll by the following vote: Yeas, Pace. 'Tully. Washing- ton and Katterjohn,-4.
