ORDINANCE NO. 2002-8- 6570
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH BARKLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT FOR
SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Barkley Regional Airport in the amount of $125,000 for providing airport
services. This contract shall expire June 30, 2003.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to airport grant match
account (ED0017).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
