On motion by Unyor Hazelip,. that the sum of $76.00 paid by the City of Paducah on physicians' bills of Uoah English be paid back to the City by said English as per motion of Commissioner of yafety, and if euid English refuses to refund said amount, then the Commissioner of Binunoe be instructed to hold said I i amount from the oulary of said English - no vote wao.taken tlpon this and same is " t laid over until the next meeting. 11.
