ORDINANCE NO. 2002-8-(o 5'WR
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PURCHASE PARTNERSHIP FOR PROGRESS
FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Purchase Partnership for Progress in the amount of $150,000.00 for
specific services for the Paducah area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2003.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to economic development
services/other account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
