OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,. REPORT OF APPRAISERS. " r Whereas, on,the 29th day.:of March, 1919, the City of Paducah gave notice to 1 the Paducah Water Company that it would exercise the option or privilege to purchase': the water works and the property connected therewith owned and operated by the + Paducah Water Company in and adjacent to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, at a fair ,bra and reasonable valuation, at the expiration of the then five year period as set out ,•a{_; t in the franchise ordinance of the City of Paducah approved October 13th, 1884, and ' Whereas, on the 29th day of March, 1919, the City of Paducah, by and, through 1" . its Mayor and Board of Commissioners entered into a contract with. the Paducah Water.
