On motion by Member Clay, that the report of the City Solicitor concerning the. I:
official bonds of city officers, be received end filed- and that he be directed to
file a supplemental report as soon as further information is secured by him. , carried!'

At a special meeting of the Board of 0ommieetoners held in the Counail Chumber
of the City hall, Paddooh. Kentucky, on Got. 12th, 1916, upon gull of the roll the
following answered their namest Leakey, Cly, Viallaos ead Waehington -4.
On motion by Member Clay, that. the communication end report of the.0ommiseionerl
of Finance be received, filed and published- sone carried upon ball of the roll
by the.following vote: Yeas, Lackey, Clay. Wallace and Washington -4.
On motion by the'above, that the petition of certain citizens requesting the
Installation of a street light at 16th and Jones streets be received and filed, and
the Superintendent of the Light Plant be instructed to install a street light at f
said point- carried upon call of.the roll by the following vote: Yeas, Lackey, Old, i
Wallace and Washington. 4..
On motion the Board adjourned, upon call of the roll by the. following votet
Yeas, Lackey, Clay, Wallace and Washington -4.

chamber of the City }call, Paducah, Kentucky, at eleven o'clock A. 15., Ootobes 16, ,
1916, upon call of the roll the following answered their namea; Lackey, Clay, '
Wallace and Washington -4.
On motion by Ueyor Lackey, a Resolution ordering and directing the Chief
of Police of the city of Paducah to close all saloons in the city - on account of the `
gathering of men assembled st,the county full with the ostensible purpose of attempting
to hang one oertain prisoner therein. until farther orders of this Board, was given;.n'
its passage upon call of the roll by the following vote= Yeas, Lackey, Qlay, Wallace
•and Washington .4.
On motion the Board adjourned upon call of the roll by the following vote$
