Corbett issued by the Governor of Kentucky. rJ appointing the said Corbett as Commissioner of the City of Paducah, and that said iw^b Clerk also be directed to file and make a record of the judgment of the McCracken Circuit Court declaring the offices of Commissioners of the City of Paducah. On motion by Member Wallace, that the Commission issued to Geo. 0. J. Wallace by Hon. A. 0. Stanley, Governor of the State of Kentucky, appointing.his_ as Commissioner of Paducah. Ky., be received and filed, and a mote thereof be made. The following is a copy of the judgment rendered in the McCracken i Circuit Court, which is referred to and ordered spread upon the minutes in the A' v foregoing motions: " MoCRAOKEN CIRCUIT COURT. WALIACE ET AL r %�'�,t`�,✓ aoxeoLmATEn ACTIONS. , The mandate in this notion from the Court of Appeals of Kentucky having ,UNr�"1 been filed in this case heretofore, it is now ordered and adjudged by this court. in conformity therewith, that the judgment of this court heretofore entered in this case be, and the same is now set aside, and it is ordered, adjudged and directed that the election of Ernest Lackey as Mayor of Paducah, and George C.. Wallace, C. L. Van Meter and Thomas N. Harelip as Commissioners, at the November r election. 1916, was and is void, and each of said offiase are declared vacant u far as said parties are concerned.
