ORDINANCE NO. 2002-8-654- 3
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ROSE CONCRETE
PRODUCTS, INC., FOR THE FABRICATION AND DELIVERY OF THE NOBLE PARK -
PECK ADDITION ENTRANCE COLUMNS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Rose Concrete
Products, Inc., in the amount of $15,000.00 for the fabrication and delivery of the Noble Park -
Peck Addition Entrance Columns, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications, advertisement for bid, and as contained in the bid of Rose Concrete Products, Inc.,
of August 2, 2002.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Rose Concrete Products, Inc., in the amount of $15,000.00 for fabrication and
delivery of the Noble Park -Peck Addition Entrance Columns, as authorized in Section 1 above,
pursuant to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to PA0028.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
