At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on June 20, 1967, Mayor
Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Johnston, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by C ---
that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFTM
COUNSEL FOR THE REX P. CORNELISON ESTATE, TO COMPROMISE AND S
OF SAID ESTATE AGAINST THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN THE TOTAL SUM 0
THE CITY MANAGER TO PAY SAID SUM, AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANA
AND RECEIPT THEREFOR", be adopted. Adopted on call of the
Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
