Moore Plunkett Street and 13th Street in the City of Paducah, said agreement covering the period of time from April 1, 1967 to March 31, 1970. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenherg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Purvear, that a Resolution entitled "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE BELLEMEADE SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND, CONTRACT NO. 1 IN POEPLES FIRST NATIONAL BANK & TRUST C014PANY TO +'tILEY & LACKEY", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenbere, Paxton, Puryear and Nayor Wilson (5). / Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, �/ that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JAMES H. MORE FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY O'UNED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND LYING jBETWEEN McOUIRE AVENUE AND CRUSE AVENUE, AND ABUTTING ON A 15 -FOOT ALLEY NEAR ITS INTERSECTION WITH i•"ASON AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE THERETO", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Purvear and tdayor Wilson (5). At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on April 25, 1967, Mayor Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberr, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberp, that the reading of the Minutes for. April 18, 1967 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. V/ Commissioner Kressenberp offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, Reed Plumbing Co that the Certificate of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to W. E. Reed d/b/a Reed Flumbinp Company, for a period of one year from Mav 6, 1967, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Furyear and Mayor Wilson (5). Liability Ins.j Commissioner Kressenberp offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, Noble Park ✓ Funland, Inc. l that the Certificate of Insurance issued by The American Insurance Company, to G . C .'"Watkins Grover C. Watkins, Inc., Noble Park Funland, Inc. for a period of one year from ji March 24, 1967, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Peas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Lease Agreementl;j Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that ICRR roadway right-of-way the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a lease Washington St tol Plunkett Street, agreement with Citizens Bank & Trust Company (for Illinois Central Railroad Company) covering a roadway right-of-wav from Washington Street across Railroad property to Transfer funds Bellemeade Sewe account to Miley & Lackey Sell property t James H. Moore Plunkett Street and 13th Street in the City of Paducah, said agreement covering the period of time from April 1, 1967 to March 31, 1970. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenherg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp_, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
