Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Purvear, that
a Resolution entitled "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
BELLEMEADE SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND, CONTRACT NO. 1 IN POEPLES FIRST
NATIONAL BANK & TRUST C014PANY TO +'tILEY & LACKEY", be adopted. Adopted on call
of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenbere, Paxton, Puryear and Nayor
Wilson (5).

�/ that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JAMES H. MORE FOR
THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY O'UNED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND LYING
jBETWEEN McOUIRE AVENUE AND CRUSE AVENUE, AND ABUTTING ON A 15 -FOOT ALLEY NEAR ITS
INTERSECTION WITH i•"ASON AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE THERETO", be adopted.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton,
Purvear and tdayor Wilson (5).
At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on April 25, 1967, Mayor
Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberr, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberp, that
the reading of the Minutes for. April 18, 1967 be waived and that the Minutes of said
meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the

that the Certificate of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of

Mav 6, 1967, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas
Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Furyear and Mayor Wilson (5).

FUNDS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR THE YEAR 1967 AND APPROPRIATING THE
PUBLIC REVENUE AND INCOME OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR SUCH PURPOSES'!, be adopted.
