At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on April 4, 1967, Mayor
Wilson presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that
the reading of the Minutes for March 28, 1967 be waived and that the Minutes of said
meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg,
that the executed copy of the Contract between the City of Paducah and Lynne Shelbourne
and Howard S. Lewis, partners, doing business as Angels of Mercy Ambulance Service, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,
Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Commissioner Kressenberg offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston

that the executed copy of the Contract between the City of Paducah and United Tailors,
Inc., for furnishing the Police Department with uniforms for a period of one (1) year,

be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,
Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
JCommissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that

the following bids on parking meters be received and filed:
Duncan Parking Meter Corporation
R6ckwell Manufacturing Company
M. H. Rhodes, Inc.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear]
and Mayor Wilson (5).

Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that thel
executed copy of the Grant of Concession of the City to L. Choate for operation of a

concession stand at Brooks Stadium be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll;
Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that i
the exdcuted copy of the Contract between the City of Paducah and National Cash Register
Company, for sale to the City of one NCR Model 395-301-110 Machine, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg,
Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that the

Certificate of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to
Mrs. J. C. Staley and J. E. Staley, d/b/a Noble Park Concessions, for a period of
one year from April 15, 1967, be received, approved and filed. Adopted oncall of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, on, Puryear and Mayor ' Wilson (5).
