Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). .Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg as follows: On the recommendation of the City Manager, I move that the following personnel changes be made: i 1. The following persons be employed as temporary pump operators in the Floodwall Department, at a salary of $1.75 per hour: Richard Farnslev, Jr., effective March B, 1967 Andrew C. Overton, effective March 8, 1967 i Larry B. Champion, effective March 10, 1967 Hurley Dawes, effective March 10, 1967 Cecil C. Park, effective March 11, 1967 Louie Brown, effective March 11, 1967 Adopted on (all of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). ✓/ Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg OF that the Board of Commissioners receive and file a deed of conveyance from George E. Herzog and wife, Bethel M. Herzop, to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, dated the 19th i day of January, 1967, which deed has been recorded in Deed Book 485, page 354 in the I McCracken County Court Clerk's office. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners, Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Kressenberp offerdd motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston that the report of an Actuarial Valuation of the Policemen's and Firemen's Pension Fund of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, dated February, 1967, prepared by Public Administration Service, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear that on the recommendation of the City Manner and the Corporation Counsel, the Corporation Counsel is authorized to obtain quotations for the codification of City ordinances. Na. 31 Proceedings of- Board of Commissioners City of Paducah March 21.,._1467 File Easement '✓ Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton that the Anna Baumer 7wn Sewers Board of Commissioners receive and file the Easement from Anna Baumer Brown, unmarried, tothe City of Paducah, Kentuckv, dated January 14, 1967, which easement has been recorded in Deed Book 485, page 960 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). 'I Sell grave in j Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, that the Rushing Add ✓ Richard Johnson Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Richard Johnston of the southwest corner of Lot No. 372 in Block No. 6 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said +I cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Accept bid The / Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, National Cash Register Co that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE NATIONAL CASH REGISTER Accounting h4ch. COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF AN ACCOUNTING OR BOOKKEEPING MACHINE FOR USE IN THE FINANCE OFFICE OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg-, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Sell lot 16th / Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that an & Clay Joseph ✓ L. Lee & wife ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JOSEPH H. LEE AND WIFE, MARGARET M. LEE, FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 16TH AND CLAY STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENT' AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE THERETO", be adopted.
