( December 3, 1963, Payor Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the followit answered to their names: Commissioners Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (3), Commissioners Fendley and Gholson beim* absent (2). Bids were received and opened for the sale of $1,350,000,00 Paducah Juni Consolidated Educational Buildinps Revenue Bonds Series A, dated November 1, 1 / Mayor Cherry made the following appointment: It appearing that the tern of David Sawyer as a member of the Board of Trustees of Paducah Carnegie Librs expired on June 14, 1963, I hereby reappoint the said David Sawyer as a member Board for a term of four (4) years ending June 14, 1967, so that said Board as constituted shall be composed of the following members: Mrs. C. M. Bennett whose term expires June 14, 1964 Rev. W. B. Casey whose term expires June 1L., 1964 Aupust J.
