At a Rerular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on October 22, 1963, Mayor Pro Tem
Gholson presided in the absence of Mayor Cherry, and upon call of the Roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Fendley, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor ProTem Gholsor
(4), Mayor Cherry being absent (1).
?flavor Pro Tem Gholson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for October
8th and 13th, 1963 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City
Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley,
Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Pro Tem Gholson (4).
