At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4:00 P.M. on June 20, 1963, Mayor Cherry presided

Mavor Cherry offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 4:00 P.M. on June 20, 1963, be received and filed. Adopted on cal:
of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (5).
Appoint E.L. Yayor Cherry made the .following appointment:

Reappoint i hereby appoint E. L. Craycraft, Sr., as a member of the Civil Service Board of said city
Leslie A. Feast
for a term expirine December 9, 1964, to fill the unexpired term of Henry Kold, deceased;
and do reappoint Leslie A. Feast as a member of the said board, for a term expiring
December 9, 1965, so that said Board as now constituted shall be composed of the following
members:
Kelly Crayne, whose term will expire December 9, 1963
E. L. Craycraft, Sr. whose term will expire December 9, 1964
Leslie A. Feast, whose term will expire December 9, 1965

and filed, and that the permission petitioned for therein be granted, subject to the
