At a Rerular Meeting of the Foard of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamb r
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentuckv, at 7:30 P.M. on October 1.8, 1966, Mayor Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioner
Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Purvear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mavor Wilson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for October 11th an
j 13th, loFF he waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk
be approved as written. • Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,
Kressenherg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Appoint Wm. M. Player Wilson made the following appointment: There being a vacancy on the

Foard Board of Park Commissioners caused by the recent resignation of Donal D. O'Sullivan, MD,
I hereby, subiect to the approval of the Board or Commissioners, appoint William M,

Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner KressenherR,
that an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
'AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN NON -CIVIL SERVICE EM-
FLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH', WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND AMENDED ON
JUNE 28, 1966", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Johnston, Kressenbera, Paxton, Purvear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Furyear, that
an 9rdinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
ADJACENT TO THE NORTHWEST CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, DEFINING
ACCURATELY THE BOUNDARY OF THE TERRITORY PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED,AND DECLARING THE
DESIRABILITY AND NECESSITY OF SUCH ANNEXATION", be adopted. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenbera, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
