Mayor Cherry offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called i:ee:,ing to be held on M.av 31, 1963, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Rol (i 'Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Hornsby and Mayor Cherry (3). i Louisa Fell Commissioner Hornsby offered motion that the resignation of Louise Bell as Resigna..ion W Machine Operator in the Finance Department, dated May 17, 1963, be received, accepted and filed. Locomotive Comumissioner Gholson offered motion that the check of Locomotive Memorial Fund ideror i a 1 . ur. upon Citizens Bank & Trust Company of Paducah, dated May 28, 1963, payable to the City of Faducah in the amount of 57,36$.01, be endorsed by the City Manager to Citizens Bank Fc Trust Company to be placed in a trust fund for the protection and preservation of the steam locomotive engine donated by Illinois Central Railroad Company, under the term of a Resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December 27, 1962.
