At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at L:CC F.M. on August 12, 19(,6, Mayor Milson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioner:;
Johnston, Puryear and Mayor :tilson (3), Commissioners KressenherR and Paxton being
assent (2).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that the execu',�a.
copies or the notice of Called Meeting to be held at L:00 o'clock P.M. on Aupust 12,
IQ((, 1,e recei-ed and filed. Adopted on gall of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
JoInston, Purvear and Mayor Stilson (3).
Mayor 'Uilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, that a Resoluti
entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE RESPONSE OF THE CI^1Y OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
TO THE INTERROGATION OF THE COUNTY OF McCRACKEN, KENTUCKY RESPECTING THE FORMATION
OF A JOINT PLANNING UNIT WITHIN THE PURVIEW OF CRAFTER 100 OF THE KENTUCKY REVISED
STATUTES", he adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,
Puryear and Mayor Stilson (3) .
