At a Called Meetinr of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Faducah, Kentucky, at h:30 P.M. on July 18, 1966, Mayor
Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Kressenberr, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (4), Commissioner Johnston
was absent when the meetinr was called to order but arrived at a later time.
Commissioner Kressenberr offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton,
that the letter of CTS of Paducah, Inc., dated July 15,-1966, to the City Manager,
reeuestinc permission.to construct an eight inch water line for fire protection
purposes on Ellis Street, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Yeas, Commissioners Kressenher,, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (4)4'
Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that
a resolution entitled ."A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO CTS OF PADUCAH, INC.
TO CONSTRUCT AN FFIGHT INCH WATER LINE FOR FIRE PROTECTION PURPOSES ON THE EAST SIDE
OF ELLIS STREET SOUTH OF 8TH STREET", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberr, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
