Gholson presided in the absence of ?aeor Cherry, and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Fendley, Hornsby, Karnes and I:ayor Fro Tam Gholson (4). Mayor Cherry being absent (1). Settlement Commissioner Fendley offered motion that the reports of the Paducah 'Water Works hefuse Sewer be received and filed, and that the following, checks be turned over to the City Treasurt April 1963 to be deposited in the proper accounts: Refuse collections for April, 1963 $10,701.30 Server Service Charges for April, 1963 10,$68.00 Fad Refuse accounts collected during April 38.60 Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendlev, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor iro Tem Gholson (4). ccr.r Commissioner Karnes offered motion that the petitdn of Wallace Cloud and his wif Svodia Cloud, for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to the existing 2 inch -- r Frivately owned water pipe line, known as the Schneidman Road Water Line No. 1, located on Boyles Avenue, in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the purpose of furnishin7 water to one residence only upo property they own, be received and filed, and that the request petitioned for therein be -ranted, subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Pro Tem Gholson (4). Commissioner Hornsby offered the following motion: I move that the Board of ,/. c-:'aissioners receive and file the budget prepared by Raleigh L. Mayor Pro Tem Gholson offered motion that the liability insurance policy issued to the City of Paducah covering work done by Floyd Keeling Excavating Company for a period of one year from June 9, 1963, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on cal of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Hornsby, Karnes and ;iayor Pro Tem Cholson (L). Mayor Pro Tem Cholson offered motion that the liability insurance policy issued by Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company to Lou E. Crollev dba Crollev Construction Company for a period of one year from Nay 24, 1963, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Pro Tem Gholson (L). Mayor Pro Tem Gholson offered motion that copy of a Resolution adopted this day by Paducah-?:cCracken Development Council, Inc. containinrr recommendations for the award of a City Hall construction contract to Seth E.
