CDT on May 5, 1966, Mayor Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners I Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). File copies Noticl Mayor Wilson offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called i Meetinr to be held at 3:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time, on May 5, 1966, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Purvear and Mayor Wilson (5). Deed of Correction Commissioner Johnston offered the following motion, which was seconded by Cemetery Lot to , Krurer C. Kinr +' Commissioner Kressenbere. Upon receipt by the City Clerk of a deed of conveyance from Kruger C. Kin, and wife, Mable King, to the south one-half of Lot No. q in Block No. 1 in Oak Grove Cemetery, I move that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized, ;I on behalf of the City of Paducah, to deed to the said Kruger C. Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Paxton, as follows: I move that the rules of this Commission be suspended and that the City Clerk be instructed and directed to cause publication to be made as required by law, one time in the PADUCAH SUN DEMOCRAT, one time in THE COURIER -JOURNAL, a newspaper published in the City of Louisville, Kentucky; and of general circulation throughout the State of Kentucky, and one time in THE BOND BUYER, a periodical of general circulation along bond issue purchasers, of a "Notice of Bond Sale" calling for bids for the purchase of $200,000 of City of Paducah School Building Revenue Bonds, dated Ajay 1, 1966, in the form attached hereto, that the Board of Commissioners approve the form of the "Official Terms and Conditions of Sale of Bonds" in the form attached hereto, to be distributed to any interested bidders, in connection with the�sale of said Bonds, such bids to be received until May 24, 1966, at 7:45 P.M. Central Daylight Time, and that only those kids he considered for the purchase of said Bonds that are submitted on "Bid Forms" supplied by the City Clerk, a copy of which Bid Form is attached hereto.
