At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
C'ramber of ti;e City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 1::30 P.M. on March 15, 1966, ifayor
:Milson presided and upon call of the Roll the follociinp answered to their names:
Commissioners Johnston, Purvear and Mayor Wilson (3), Commissioners Kressenberp and
Paxton ieinp absent (2).
Mayor Nilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meetinp to be held at 4:30 P.M. on March 15,
1W, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Johnston, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (3).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear that the
followin7 bids for the construction of sewerage extensions, Sanders Addition, Contract
F-196(", 1.•a received and filed:

Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear that
n ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF E. A. SULLIVAN, INC. IN THE
"'161.,943.94 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SElERAGE E%TENSIONS FOR THE CITY OF
PALUCAF', YENTUCKY, SANDERS ADDITION, CONTRACT B-19661 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE, 011 BEHALF OF SAID CITY', A CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION, AND PRESCRIBING THE
TEPM, AND CONDITICNS OF SUCH CONTRACT", be introduced and remain on file for at least
