Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah February 26; 1966

At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
' 1 of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 1,:00 P.M. on February 26, 1966, Mayor 'Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Johnston, Kressenherp, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston that the executed
copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, February
26, 1966, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
Cancel Meeting Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberp, that
for March 1 f
the motion adopted by the Board of Commissioners at the meeting of February 22, 1966,
adjourning said meeting until March 1, 1966 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., be, and the same is
hereby, revoked, repealed and cancelled. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
File application. Commissioner Kressenberp offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, that
for grant for .✓ -
sewer purposes a Resoiution entitled: "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR A GRANT
UNDER P.L. 89-117", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Johnston, Kressenberp, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
