P. Kerr as a member of said Commissioners of Water Works for a term expiring January 6, 1970, and WHEREAS such appointments were erroneous in that the ordinance governing same i provides that such members be appointed for a term of three years. I now therefore move that the appointment of the said W.W.Dyer, Sr. and J.P.Ker to amended to constitute a term expiring respectively on January 12, 1969 and January 6 1969, so that said Board shall be composed of the following members: I Dr. T. G. Kerley whose term expires January 6, 1967 +� John E. Stephens whose term expires January 6, 1968 W. 11. Dver, Sr, whose term expires January 12, 1969 I J. P. Kerr whose term expires January 6, 1969 i Lee Livingston for an indefinite term Mayor Thomas W. Wilson, Ex -officio Adopted on gall of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenherg, Paxton, Puryear and Na?or Wilson (5). F Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Mayor Wilson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for January 25, 1966 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be i approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Mayor Wilson announced to all persons present in the Commission Chamber that it was time to hold the public hearing on the 1966 budget previously submitted by the City Manager. The Mayor then announced that any person could comment about the budget or ask questions about it, and in response to such announcement no one in the Commission Chamber made any remarks concerning the budget and normal business was resumed by the Commission. W.W.Dyer, Sr Mayor Wilson offered the following motion which was seconded by Commissioner J.P.Kerr appointed Paxton: WHEREAS on January 25, 1966 the Board of Commissioners retified the appointme Water Works -d of W. W. Dyer, Sr, as a member of the City of Paducah Commissioners of Water Works for a term expirine January 12, 1970, and J. P. F Proceedings of_ Board of Commissioners City ojPaduceh February 8, 1966 62 Sell lot Oak Grove Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that Mrs. Margaret Orilvie & Mr. & ; the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Mrs. Margaret Mrs. J.B.Crane Ogilvie and Mr. & Mrs. J. B. Crane of a portion of Lot 29 in Section 4 of the Mauso. Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $280.00, and that the City Clerk be authorized.to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery property.
