Pci art Johnston Ka -.-or Fro Ten At a Special Meetin- of the Poard of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Yentuckv, at 4:30 P.T".. on January 3, 196(, Mayor Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Johnston., Kressenherr, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5)• Ya-^oiWilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that the executed copy of the Agreement by the Mayor and Commissioners for Special Meeting of the Poard of Commissioners of the City of Paducah to be held on January 3, 1966 at 4:30 o'clock P.M. be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Purvear and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenber;-, that the outline showing a revised system of accounts prepared by the City Rlanager, and his letter accompanying same, be received and filed, and that the outline of the revised system of accounts 1,e approved and adopted as recommended by the City Manager. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5)• Commissioner Johnston offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that the letter of resignation from J. William Howerton as Assistant Corporation Counsel, assigned as Prosecuting Attorney in the Police Court, effective as of February 15, 1966, he received, accepted and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,'Fressenberg, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). r. Commissioner Kressenherg offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, that the Foard of Commissioners receive, file and approve contents of the letter of City Manarer dated December 30, to/°, regarding Department of Public Service, Assistant City Engineer and Administrative Assistant to City Manager. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Kressenherr, Paxton, Puryear and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Paxton offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberr, that i :William Rot:ert Johnston he nominated and elected Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Paducah, 7 li Yentu^I +, to serve as such until the expiration of his present term as Commissioner.
