Davis, Hornsbv, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4), Commissioner Kressenberr being ahs,
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, that
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to he held at 1.:45 P.M. on Deceml
28, 1Q65, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commission(
Davis, Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4),
Mavor Wilson made the following appointment: It appearing that the term c
bars. C. Bennett as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Carnegie Public Li
expired on June 11, 196L, I now herehv appoint Rev, James F. Irion as a member of
Foard in the place of the said Mrs. C. M. Bennett, for a term expiring June
so that said Board will he composed of the followinP members:
Rev. H. J. Simpson whose term expired June 1!•, 1964
August J. Lereav whose term expires June lb, 1966
Mrs. John Blackburn whose term expires June 1L, 1966
David Sawver whose term expires June 11:, 1967
Rev. James P. Irion whose term expires June 1L., 1969
Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornshv that
exonerations prepared and delivered by the City Treasurer being numbered 2313 thru
239 inclusive he recei•,ed and filed and the amounts of same totaling '1,231.44 be
exonerated on the tax bills shown and designated by said exoneration. Adopted on
call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4),
Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the

Northeast and northwest corners of Lot No. 381 in Block No. 6 of the Rushinr Addition
to Oak Crove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of
conveyance to said cemetery craves. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commission(
Davis, Hornsby, Parrott and I:ayor :iilson (4)..

Commissioner Parrott offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the

executed copy of the Contract between the City of Paducah and Sunray DX Oil Company
for sale to the City of its requirements of petroleum products for the period of time
from January 1, 1966 throueh June 30, 1966, be received and filed. Adopted on call
of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4).

has satisfactorily completed the 60 day training period as such
