Settlement Refuse r,, Sewer Plovemi:.er 1965 No. 345 City of Paducah December 20, 1965 At an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Hoard of Commissioners held in the Commission chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on December 20, 1985, b:avor Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenherr, Parrott and Mayor dilson (5). Mavor Wilson made the .followinr appointments: Subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners, I hereby appoint James Apple as a member of the Civil Service Commission for a term expiring December 9, 1967 to replace E. L. Cravcraft, Sr., whose term had expired on December 9, 1967; and who has resigned, and do hereby appoint Ed Cair as a nemher of said Commission for a term expiring December 9, 1968, to replace Leslie Feast whose term expired December 9, 1965, so that said Board as now constituted shall he composed of the following members: Kelly Crayne whose term expires December 9, 1966 James Apple whose term expires December 9, 1967 Ed Cain whose term expires December 9, 1968 Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, that the 1-11 action of Mayor Whomas W. Wilson in appointing James Apple and Ed Cain as members of the Civil Service Commission, be approved. Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, that tha reports of the Paducah Water Works be received and filed, and that the following checks be turned over to the City Treasurer to he deposited in the proper accounts: Refuse collections for November, 1965 x'10,580.30 Sewer Service Charges for November, 1965 12,860.34 Pad Refuse accounts collected during November 1.00 Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenherr, Parrott �I and Mavor Wilson (5). a1 Commissioner Kressenberr offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Parrott that -.rian the remaining pictures at the Old Citv Hall buil.dinr be delivered to the Younr Historiar Associaticn, Inc. for use and displav at its museum.
