At an Adjourned Regular Meetinr of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commission Chamber of the Citv Hall, Paducah, Kentuckv, at /::30 P.M. on November 24,
196°, Mayor Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Davis, Hornshv, Kressenberp, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5),
Commissioner Hornsbv offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis that
Thomas W. Wilson, Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentuckv, he authorized to sign, on
behalf of said City, HHFA Form H-1082 (A Review of Propress Under The Workable Program or
Community Improvement), and that a copy of same be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberp, Parrott and Mayor
Wilson (5).
Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that
an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AND AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF
BURfiS R McDONNELL ENGINEERING COMPANY OF KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, IN CONNECTION WITH THE
PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF PROPOSED STORM WATER RELIEF IMPROVEMENTS; AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT COVERING SUCH EMPLOYMENT BY THE CITY MANAGER, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY TO EXIST", he introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for
public inspection in the completed form in which it shall he put upon its final passagei
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberp, Parrott
and Mayor '*dilson (5).
6n motion the meeting adiourned.
