At a Called Meetinr of the Poard of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at L:45 P.M. on October 28, 1965, Mayor Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (3), Commissioners Davis and Kressenberg being
absent (2).
Mayor Wilson offered motion that the Executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 4:45 o'clock P.M. on October 28, 1965, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (3).
Commissioner Parrott offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that a
certain Agreement between the City and Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency
of the City of Paducah, dated October 26, 1965, a copy of which is attached hereto,
be approved, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized
to execute the same on behalf of the City. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (3).
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Parrott that a
Resolution entitled "RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH APPROVI
THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AND THE FEASIBILITY OF RELOCATION FOR PROJECT NO. KENTUCKY, R -30 -
be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Parrott and
Mayor Wilson (3).
On motion the meetinr adjourned.
