At an Adiourned Meet.inp of the Poard of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Faducah, Kentucky, at L:00 F.M. on September 23, 1965,
Mayor Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the followine answered to their names:
Commissioners Da -is, Hornsbv, Kressenbere and Mavor Wilson (1,), Commissioner Parrott
being absent (1).
Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that an
ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF E. A. SULLIVAN, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $239,181.$0 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE EXTENSIONS CONTRACT A - 1965
FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; DECLARING SAID BID TO BE THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE
BID RECEIVED AND DECLARING SAID BIDDER TO BE THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER; AUTHORIZING
THE CITY 14ANAGER TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY, A CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION
AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH CONTRACT", be adopted. Adopted on
call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberp and Mayor Wilson (5).

Refuse emplovees SERVICE COMPANY OF KENTUCKY, FOR FURNISHING THE CITY OF PADUCAH WITH UNIFORMS FOR THE
REFUSE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT"
be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hornsby, Kressenberp
and Mayor Wilson (3), Commissioner Davis voted "no".
On motion the meeting adjourned.
